Coaching: Clint Lien
I have been with Clint and Mercury Rising Triathlon since 2012. I can attribute every success of my professional career to Clint’s incredible coaching knowledge, unwavering dedication and support, and often tough love that he has brought to each and every day of our work together.
Mercury Rising Triathlon is comprised of an amazing group of individuals. Clint has created a top-notch community of strong and dedicated athletes, each one focused on having fun while achieving goals in their respective disciplines.
If you are looking for a World Class coach or if you are in the Victoria area and are looking for an amazing group to train with check out Clint and Mercury Rising Triathlon.
Aquasphere has been my longest running sponsor and the largest supporter (other than my family and friends) to date. I'm extremely fortunate to have access to the best swim training and racing equipment on the market.
In races I rely on the comfort and speed of the 2016 Phantom wetsuit or the Aquasphere Speedsuit to help lay down some fast swim times and secure a spot at the front of the race. The only goggles I will use in both training and racing are the new MP XCEED.
Hate swimming but want to swim faster? Check out Aquasphere’s line of training and racing equipment.
Nutrition: F2C Nutrition
The 4th discipline of triathlon is nutrition. How and with what you fuel with during your races can make or brake your day. F2C is a Canadian company (based in Vancouver, BC) that provides a full and comprehensive line of Informed Sport Certified Nutrition supplements designed specifically to ensure that athletes are able to perform at their best. I rely on F2C to get me through my daily training and my racing.

OBB is an excellent partner because, like James, they are people who love bikes, ride what they sell and service, and are genuinely excited about helping people make the right selections in order to help all individuals fall in love with cycling!
